Urtha Felda leads on Voice Section of Community for Wales. 

Having previously lectured in FE colleges and University, Urtha has also provided operational management to charitable projects and worked as a legal advocate.  Urtha  gives support directly to members, and also liaises with Welsh Government and other bodies engaged in education in development of policy, raising issues that members highlight as important.  Urtha is a keen kayaker, cyclist, hill walker, and writes poetry in time away from work.
